SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS FOR RACETRAC ORDER AHEAD SERVICE
These Order Ahead terms of service (the “Order Ahead Terms”) apply to your access to, and use of, the RaceTrac Order Ahead service which is operated by RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc., or its subsidiaries and affiliates, agents and licensees (collectively, “RaceTrac” or “we”, “our” and “us”) at certain stores in the United States (the “Order Ahead Service”).
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE ORDER AHEAD TERMS, YOU SHOULD NOT UTILIZE RACETRAC’S ORDER AHEAD SERVICE. You acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood the Order Ahead Terms, and that the Order Ahead Terms have the same force and effect as a signed agreement.
We may change, modify, suspend, terminate and/or eliminate the Order Ahead Service and/or update or modify the Order Ahead Terms or any other policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to the Order Ahead Service, at any time and in our sole discretion. Any changes or modifications to the Order Ahead Terms will be effective immediately, unless otherwise stated, upon posting the changes or modifications to https://order.racetrac.com/terms, and you waive any right you may have to receive notice of any such changes or modifications.
Subject to availability, products offered on the website for the Order Ahead Service (the “Order Ahead Site”) are available for pickup in stores at the Grab and Go Box, the customer service counter or through curbside pickup at your selected RaceTrac store, as further described below. Not all items available at RaceTrac stores are available for purchase through the Order Ahead Service nor is the Order Ahead Service available in all stores.
Upon submission of an order via the Order Ahead Site, we will provide you with an email confirming that we have received your order, let you know that your ordered products are available for pickup and provide a pickup window when you can obtain your order from the store. In the event that an item is not available, we will notify you via email, and you will have the option to cancel your order or proceed with the partial order.
RaceTrac will hold the items in your order for no more than one (1) hour from the time at which you place your order (the “Pickup Window”). If your order has not been picked up within that time frame, then the items selected may no longer be available and the store may no longer have your ordered items available for pick up. If you elect to pay in advance for your order and do not arrive within the Pickup Window, you will be charged for the order and will not be entitled to a refund.
- Grab and Go Box: If you elect to pick up your items at the Grab and Go Box, please proceed to the Grab and Go Box located outside of the store.
- Customer Service Counter: If you elect to pick up your items at the customer service counter, please proceed to the customer service counter when you arrive at the store.
- Curbside Pickup: If you elect to pick up your items using curbside pickup, you will be asked to provide certain identifying characteristics of your car when placing your order to assist a RaceTrac associate in identifying your car. When you arrive at your selected store, please proceed to the order pickup area and follow the instructions you received in the order confirmation email. A RaceTrac associate will then bring your order to your vehicle.
- Payment at the Store: You may pay for the items in your order at the time of store pickup using standard payment methods.
- Pay Ahead Option: Except for age-restricted items such as alcohol or tobacco products, you may elect to pay in advance for your selected items when placing your order. If you choose the pay ahead option, we will require you to provide your credit card details at the time you complete your order, however, we will not charge your credit card until you pick up the order. We use a third party payment processor to process your credit and debit card transactions. The processing of the payment will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the payment processor. RaceTrac does not control and cannot be held liable for the security or performance of the payment processor. By placing an order and selecting the pay ahead option, you will be agreeing to the foregoing terms regarding the payment processor. RaceTrac is not an agent for third parties it uses to process payments, and we do not endorse or guarantee their products.
Purchase of Age-Restricted Items: If you are purchasing age-restricted items, you will be required to present governmental-issued photo identification at the time of pick up, and you will not be eligible to use the Pay Ahead Service to purchase such items.
Cancelling an Order: You will be able to cancel your order at any time during the Pickup Window. The email confirmation RaceTrac will send you after you place your order will include instructions as to how to cancel your order.
Substitutions: Once your order is placed, you will not be able to modify the items in your order, however, you will be able to cancel the entire order during the Pickup Window.
Product Availability: RaceTrac does not guarantee that your selected products will be available for pick up by a certain time or date, and we have no liability for failure to make items available for pick up at the designated time. Errors in the pricing or availability of a product may occur on the Order Ahead Site and the price specified on the Order Ahead Site does not include and is exclusive of any applicable sales tax or other taxes or levies imposed by governmental authorities on the product at the store itself. Your receipt of an order confirmation from RaceTrac does not constitute RaceTrac’s acceptance of such order or a confirmation of an offer to sell or the availability of a product. RaceTrac may limit the quantity of any products and may reject or cancel any order at any time.
